Which Minecraft versions are supported?
The most consistent version-specific evidence points to Minecraft Java Edition 1.12.2 and Forge 1.12.2. A download guide gives those as the target game and loader versions, and a release listing contains Jenny Mod and Fapcraft .jar assets for Minecraft 1.12.2.

How to install a Java 1.12.2 build
The described workflow for the Java build requires Forge 1.12.2. The steps below reflect that guide and do not establish that every file labeled Jenny Mod uses the same process.
- Confirm that the specific .jar is intended for Minecraft Java Edition 1.12.2 and requires Forge 1.12.2.
- Install Forge 1.12.2, then launch its profile once so Minecraft creates the relevant game files.
- Close Minecraft and place the .jar in the Minecraft
modsfolder. - Start the Forge 1.12.2 profile and check that the mod loads before opening a world.
Back up worlds before installing or updating mods. If the game fails to start or a world behaves unexpectedly, remove the newly added file and test with a backup rather than risking the only copy of a world.

How to assess a download
Several sites describe themselves as official while making incompatible claims about versions or distribution. Public repositories describe deobfuscated or remapped Fapcraft-related source projects, and a release page lists historical assets; neither fact, by itself, proves that a binary offered elsewhere is authorized by the original creator or safe to run. The available evidence does not establish one current, creator-authorized download or independent safety verification for a particular file.

If evaluating more than one candidate, compare the same concrete details rather than assuming similarly named downloads are interchangeable.
