Glassdoor’s reviews for Figment, the Toronto-based blockchain infrastructure company, show a mixed employee-sentiment snapshot—not a verified audit of working conditions. The listing’s visible comments praise colleagues, pay, culture and product, while raising concerns about layoffs, staking services, management and workload. These are anonymous individual opinions, and the platform’s two company pages showed slightly different totals when accessed in 2026.
Which Figment do these reviews cover?
This article concerns the blockchain infrastructure employer listed on Glassdoor, not every business named Figment. Glassdoor’s company profile describes the employer as a private company founded in 2018, headquartered in Toronto, and working in blockchain infrastructure, including staking, software and capital. Glassdoor says it serves customers worldwide; these are details from its company profile, not an independent corporate filing. Glassdoor’s Figment company profile says, “All content is posted anonymously by employees working at Figment.”

There are unrelated namesakes: Trustpilot’s Figment page is for Figment ePOS, a Jordan-based point-of-sale business, while Go Figment describes itself as a collectibles retailer. Neither is the blockchain employer reviewed here. Trustpilot’s Figment page and Go Figment’s story page identify those other businesses.
What rating does Figment have on Glassdoor?
Glassdoor showed a 3.1 out of 5 rating on both pages accessed in 2026, but their review counts and recommendation shares did not match. The pages do not explain the difference, so treat them as separate snapshots rather than combining the figures.

- June 11, 2026: A five-star review titled “Supportive team and good pay, but service concerns” praises supportive colleagues and bosses and good pay. The reviewer questions the future of staking services and mentions lack of volume; that is the reviewer’s view, not a confirmed business outlook.
- May 5, 2026: A five-star summary praises culture and product while raising layoffs as a concern.
- April 24, 2026: A one-star review alleges harsh oversight and excessive work demands. The listing does not establish whether that allegation is representative or independently verified.
The available comments point to different aspects of work rather than a single consensus: some reviewers describe positive team and product experiences, while others express concerns about business conditions and management. A few visible summaries cannot establish how common any one experience is across teams, roles or time.

Use Glassdoor as one source of employee sentiment, not as a substitute for job-specific questions or independently verified information. A rating compresses different experiences into one number, and the two pages’ small difference in counts and recommendation percentages is a reminder to check which page and date a figure comes from.

- Read the dates: Reviews from different periods may reflect different teams or circumstances. The visible summaries here are from April, May and June 2026.
- Look for recurring themes: Distinguish repeated patterns from a single reviewer’s account; the visible excerpts alone do not establish representativeness.
- Match comments to the role: Ask interviewers about the specific team’s responsibilities, workload, management practices, career paths and current business priorities.
- Keep ratings in perspective: The overall score and category scores are platform snapshots, not a guarantee of what an individual employee will experience.
Glassdoor’s company profile provides useful context for identifying the employer, but the employee comments remain anonymous opinions. The page does not independently verify each account.
