Do not use regsvr32 for this repair

Do not run:

regsvr32 kbdkaz.dll

as a normal fix.

regsvr32 is intended for DLLs that expose registration entry points such as DllRegisterServer. Keyboard-layout DLLs are loaded by Windows as layout components and are not repaired by ordinary self-registration. Running the command may produce an entry-point error and does not restore a missing language component.

Use Settings, Windows Update, DISM, and SFC instead.
