For Season 15, the D4Guides.gg database reports +3 to Ravens, an 80–100% Ravens damage multiplier, and Urivar as a drop source; these are current secondary-source reports, not an official Blizzard live item listing.
What does Kilt of Blackwing do?
The item’s Raven-focused effect rewards Druids who use Ravens and regularly trigger Companion Skills or change form. When either trigger occurs, Kilt of Blackwing summons a Raven to attack nearby enemies. Raven summoning also has a chance to call an Unkindness for 10 seconds, during which the number of Ravens summoned rises to three.

Current reported stats
D4Guides.gg’s Season 15 database, which identifies patch 3.2.1 and reports an update date of October 7, 2026, lists these values:
- Slot and class: Unique Pants for Druid.
- Ravens damage: 80–100% increased damage.
- Ravens rank: +3 to Ravens.
The database entry does not establish the full current affix ranges. Check the in-game tooltip for the exact stats on an individual drop.

How to get Kilt of Blackwing
D4Guides.gg’s Season 15 entry names Urivar as a drop source. Treat this as a current secondary-source target-drop report: the available official Blizzard item information is from an earlier PTR announcement, not a current live loot table.
Why older guides list different stats or drops
Blizzard’s 2.4.0 PTR announcement presented the original proposed version of the item, with a 60–100% Ravens damage increase and affixes for Maximum Life, Ravens ranks, Ravens cooldown reduction, and a chance for Ravens to deal double damage. Those were PTR values, not the current Season 15 database report.

Game8’s guide, last updated February 4, 2026, likewise gives the original 60–100% multiplier and names The Beast in the Ice as a drop source. That older acquisition information differs from the newer Season 15 report naming Urivar. Do not combine these dated descriptions as if they describe one current version.

It is a natural item to consider for a Raven-centered setup: its damage bonus and summon effect both support Ravens, while form changes and Companion Skills provide ways to trigger the effect. Whether it is the right pants for a particular build depends on how much that build uses Ravens and those triggers, and on the defensive, cooldown, or other pants-slot stats it would give up. The available item information does not establish a universal best-in-slot ranking.
