Where to change Henry’s haircut and facial hair
Barber Mode is available at the bathhouse in the wagoner’s inn at Zhelejov and at Adam’s bathhouse in Kuttenberg. Look for the service icon on the in-game map. PLAION describes Barber Mode as a free update that allows changes to Henry’s head and facial hair.

What Patch 1.2 confirmed
In its March 13, 2025 announcement, the publisher described the update as adding modding support alongside Barber Mode. It also summarized broader work on combat, NPC behavior and the user interface. The Patch 1.2 announcement does not establish the specific mod sources, supported platforms or installation workflow, so it does not verify what the headline phrase “Steam Workshop” might imply.
