What LEGO Pokémon offers
The LEGO Group and The Pokémon Company International announced the first LEGO Pokémon sets in January 2026 as products for building and displaying Pokémon in brick form, with a launch date of February 27, 2026. That date has passed; availability now depends on region and stock. The Pokémon Company International’s announcement describes the first wave.

On July 7, 2026, LEGO announced five additional sets and said preorders began that day. The announcement highlights Pokémon including Rayquaza, Arcanine, Munchlax, Pikachu, and Eevee. The lineup includes different kinds of build experiences, so do not assume every set is aimed at adult display collectors. For example, LEGO describes some sets as incorporating SMART Play for younger builders. The announcement gives October 1, 2026 as the launch date for Iconic Trainer Moments Poké Ball (72154) and Up-Scaled Red Minifigure (40868); check regional listings for current availability and other launch dates. Look at LEGO Pokémon when you value assembling the model as well as displaying it. The official materials identify products and build experiences, but do not provide a comparable measure of shelf footprint or build quality across the categories in this comparison.
