Liar’s Bar is a Windows online multiplayer bluffing game for tables of four. Developed and published by Curve Animation, Liar’s Bar is a first-person online game built around bluffing and deception at a table of four. Steam’s store description features Liar’s Dice, where players conceal dice and raise bids, and Liar’s Deck, a card-bluffing game. The store page gives an original release date of October 2, 2024; that date does not by itself establish the game’s current release status.

Does Liar’s Bar support a controller?
Yes. An official Steam announcement says full gamepad support was added across all modes and menus. A PC-compatible gamepad is optional: the announcement does not say a controller is required or identify a preferred model. See the official announcements for the developer’s update information.

Is Liar’s Bar still in Early Access?
The Steam store listing contains Early Access wording and explains that an Early Access game may be incomplete and change over time. In its Early Access Q&A, developer Curve Animation said, “We’re opening Liar’s Bar early so you can help shape the game. Jump in now to influence the development, providing feedback that will guide the final experience.”

A later official announcement says the next update will be the full release. Those statements record an intended transition, but do not conclusively establish whether it has happened since. Check the live Steam listing for the current release label.

What to know about online play
Steam labels Liar’s Bar as Online PvP and Online Co-op and notes in-game chat and online interaction. The cited store and announcement pages do not establish that voice chat is mandatory, guarantee that friends will find a match at any particular time, or provide dependable regional population figures. Developer announcements document matchmaking and anti-cheat updates, but they are not independent evidence of performance or reliability in every region.
