Why do trophy lists report different totals?
The available listings have different reported scopes, and the evidence does not establish whether the discrepancy comes from DLC inclusion, update timing, or another difference. Do not combine the counts or present either as a universal total.

What do hidden and missable mean?
These terms describe different things. A hidden trophy conceals its description until it is unlocked, often to avoid story spoilers. A missable trophy is one that can become unobtainable on a particular run after a point in that run has passed. A hidden trophy is not automatically missable.
The available list information does not identify every trophy’s hidden or missable status or provide a complete set of verified requirements. Check the live list and a platform-specific guide before relying on a spoiler-sensitive or missable-trophy route.

Does playing as Low or Alone change trophy requirements?
Bandai Namco describes Low’s bow as able to reach high targets, cut ropes, and down flying enemies. Alone’s wrench can break barriers, crush stunned enemies, and operate machinery. Those mechanics can help with puzzles and encounters, but they do not by themselves prove that a trophy requires a particular character, action, or route.
What if an achievement fails to unlock?
Bandai Namco’s November 19, 2025 update notes say it fixed achievement-unlocking conditions and co-op progression issues. The listed rollout dates were November 19, 2025, for Steam, PS5, PS4, Xbox, and Windows PC, and November 27, 2025, for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. Those are historical patch notes, not a guarantee that every current unlock issue is resolved.

- If you are playing co-op, verify that both players have reached the required progression point; the patch notes document past co-op progression fixes, not a universal solution for every case.
- Before replaying a chapter, check whether the trophy can be earned later or is missable on the current run.
