For continuous prerecorded YouTube playlist streaming, LiveReacting is the closer fit on the documented features: its 24/7 plan lists unlimited service-side duration. Restream supports playlists, but its Help Center limits each playlist to 24 hours and 40 videos, and requires its Upload & Stream Marathon or Media tier. That is a feature comparison based on vendor documentation, not a finding that either service is more reliable.
If you want a cloud service built specifically to keep an uploaded YouTube video or playlist live while your computer is off, StreamNeo is another option to consider; its per-slot price is the same across supported video quality, up to 4K 60fps.

Which service fits your YouTube playlist?
| Need | Documented fit |
|---|---|
| Continuous, long-running prerecorded playlist | LiveReacting’s 24/7 plan lists unlimited service-side duration and one concurrent stream on its pricing page. |
| A playlist capped at 24 hours | Restream supports playlists through Upload & Stream Marathon or Media. Its Help Center lists up to 24 hours and 40 video entries per playlist. |
| One prerecorded video scheduled as an event | Restream documents this separately from playlists; its Premier tier is listed at $39/month. That single-event feature is not the same as playlist access. |
| Cloud looping with one flat price per slot for any supported quality | StreamNeo runs uploaded videos on YouTube from the cloud, with no computer required to stay on, and supports uploads as made up to 4K 60fps. |
Restream’s own guidance says YouTube does not impose a stream-duration limit, but says YouTube archives only streams under 12 hours. The playlist service limit and YouTube’s replay behavior are separate: a service may keep sending a stream longer than YouTube will preserve as one replay. Restream’s Help Center is the source for this archive guidance; check YouTube’s current requirements if a complete replay is essential.

The guide also describes supplying videos as uploaded files or through supported links. See Live Stream Scheduling and Video Playlists for the current workflow and supported options.

Restream’s separate prerecorded-event page lists Premier at $39/month for single-video events; do not treat that as the playlist plan.

How to choose for your channel
- Choose LiveReacting for a continuous playlist if its current 24/7 plan’s documented duration and capacity suit your channel. Its published plan fit is more directly aimed at ongoing operation than a playlist with a 24-hour cap.
- Choose Restream for a bounded playlist or a broader Restream workflow when the 24-hour cap, 40-entry limit, media library, and required tier fit your schedule. Confirm the Upload & Stream tier rather than comparing only ordinary multistream plan pricing.
- Consider StreamNeo for cloud looping of uploaded YouTube videos if you want to upload a recording or make a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and let the service loop it with your computer off.
- Plan replay needs separately from runtime. Restream’s YouTube guidance says streams under 12 hours are archived. A longer-running stream may continue, but do not assume it will produce one complete YouTube replay.
- Do not decide on a reliability winner from these feature pages. The vendor materials do not establish comparative uptime, failure rates, latency, support quality, or performance under your channel’s load.
Cost and feature checks before subscribing
Compare the plan that actually unlocks your required workflow, not a headline price for a different feature. For LiveReacting, verify current plan capacity, quality, and scheduling level on its pricing page. For Restream playlists, include the Marathon or Media tier; the lower-priced single-event option is not a playlist substitute. Prices and terms can change, so confirm the current checkout details.
For StreamNeo, each slot includes one always-on YouTube stream, 10 GB of storage per slot pooled across active slots, 24/7 looping and playlists, automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream, and support from the StreamNeo team. The same product is available on each billing length; only the term changes. Daily $0.99 per day · Weekly $2.99 per week · Monthly $9.99 per month · 6 months $49.99 for 6 months · Yearly $89.99 a year. The first day is free with no card, one free day per account; card checkout is available worldwide, and UPI and cards are available in India. For five or more slots, contact support.
