To open the Locked Gate on The Blue Gate in Arc Raiders, collect four Security Codes—one from Raider’s Refuge, Pilgrim’s Peak, Reinforced Reception, and Ancient Fort—then submit all four at terminals in the Gate Control Room. The gate opens only after every code has been entered, and each code is consumed on submission.
What the Locked Gate event changes
Locked Gate is a map condition on The Blue Gate. Its underground entrance stays closed until the four required Security Codes have been submitted. The objective is therefore a collection run followed by a return to one shared destination: the Gate Control Room.

The event reference describes a Code Printer in each respective location. Individual item references instead describe lootable containers, so search the whole named area rather than relying on a supposedly fixed shelf, bin, or guaranteed spawn point.
How to open the gate
- Enter The Blue Gate while the Locked Gate condition is active.
- Search Raider’s Refuge, Pilgrim’s Peak, Reinforced Reception, and Ancient Fort for their corresponding Security Codes.
- Carry the codes to the Gate Control Room.
- Interact with the terminals and submit each code. The items are consumed when submitted.
- After all four terminal interactions are complete, enter the underground area through the opened gate.
There is no single-code shortcut: all four named codes are required.

Threats and time management
Mines and hostile defenses
Community guides warn of buried landmines near each code location. Treat the approaches and container areas as unsafe until you have checked them. Pilgrim’s Peak is additionally reported to have two Rocketeers. MetaForge also warns that hostile players may camp the Gate Control Room, so the final return can be as dangerous as the collection phase. These are guide and community-reference reports, not official developer guarantees, and no route should be treated as clear or risk-free.
The reported raid limit
The event guide records a 40-minute maximum raid limit. Plan the run around travel, searching, extraction choices, and the return to the Gate Control Room instead of spending the entire window on the first code area. Because event mechanics and schedules can change, confirm the timer and current rules in your live match or the latest official notes.

Rewards and the Bobcat blueprint
Guides identify the Bobcat Weapon Blueprint as an exclusive reward associated with the event and describe valuable loot underground. Another reference calls the Bobcat SMG blueprint the headline pull but notes that it can appear in containers anywhere on the map while the condition is running. The available guides do not publish a reliable drop probability and do not establish that opening the gate guarantees a blueprint. Treat it as a possible reward, not a promised payout.

The recurrence schedule is not firmly established. MetaForge says the condition occurs twice a day “at the moment,” while the event wiki’s schedule section is blank and neither provides a dated official schedule. Check the in-game event state and current Embark announcements before planning a dedicated run; do not assume a permanent twice-daily timetable.

Practical run checklist
- Confirm that Locked Gate is active on The Blue Gate.
- Leave enough of the reported 40-minute raid window for the Gate Control Room return.
- Search the entire named area for each code and inspect lootable containers rather than one claimed fixed spot.
- Expect mines near code locations and hostile contact around the control room.
- Be especially prepared for Rocketeers at Pilgrim’s Peak.
- Submit all four codes before expecting the underground entrance to open.
- Do not count on a guaranteed Bobcat blueprint or a published drop rate.
