“Brelshaza Second Raid” can refer to two different releases. The original Brelshaza Legion Raid launched in the Western version of Lost Ark in December 2022; Brelshaza later returned as the Gate 2 boss in Kazeros Raid Act 2: Requiem of the Floating Nightmare, released in the West in January 2025. The patch notes cover separate raids, requirements and changes.
What changed in the original Brelshaza Legion Raid?
The Western “Wreck the Halls” update introduced Brelshaza as an eight-player Legion Raid with six gates. Its entry requirements increased across gate pairs, and the update also announced a Trixion practice area. These item levels are historical launch requirements, not a statement of current entry rules.
| December 2022 content | Item level at Western launch |
|---|---|
| Phantom Astalgia: Déjà Vu | 1430 |
| Brelshaza Gates 1–2 | 1490 |
| Brelshaza Gates 3–4 | 1500 |
| Brelshaza Gates 5–6 | 1520 |

How did the 2023 gate revision change the original raid?
In September 2023, Western release notes removed Gates 2 and 5 from Normal and Hard modes. This revised the playable gate structure from the six-gate launch format; the 2022 gate-pair requirements should not be read as the unchanged current structure.

The same update adjusted related Party Finder details, trophies, achievements, titles and achievement objectives to reflect the reduced gate structure. See the September 2023 update notes for the listed changes.
What is Kazeros Raid Act 2, and what are its requirements?
Kazeros Raid Act 2: Requiem of the Floating Nightmare is a separate eight-player, two-gate raid introduced in the Western “Frosty Fate” update in January 2025. It is not a continuation of the original six-gate raid’s layout: Gate 1 features Narok the Butcher, while Gate 2 features Brelshaza with new abilities.

Details are in the official “Frosty Fate” release notes.
What rewards did Act 2 add?
The January 2025 notes listed Tier 4 bracelets among the raid rewards: Relic bracelets in Normal and Ancient bracelets in Hard. They also identified Shadow of Karma and Destiny Stones as key materials for the new Karma progression system. Other listed additions included achievements, titles, trophies, soundtracks, an MVP background and exchange items. The notes describe release additions, not a guarantee that every reward remains unchanged.

What did the June 2025 Act 2 balance patch adjust?
The June 2025 tuning notes changed damage and mechanics in both gates. They are a dated record of that update, not confirmation that no later changes followed.
Changes affecting Normal and Hard
- Gate 2 illusion orbs summoned by Brelshaza dealt less damage.
Normal-mode changes
- Gate 1: Certain Narok patterns dealt less damage, and the exclusive Flame Magic Scroll restored more temperature.
- Gate 2: Some Brelshaza patterns dealt less damage; Dream Prison rescues required slightly fewer hits; the spacebar minigame timing bar lasted longer; Dream Reaper hits no longer applied the Magick Afterimage debuff; and Nightmare Pentacle had less HP.
Hard-mode changes
- Boss HP was reduced in both gates. Alliance Skills damage was also reduced to match.

Is Brelshaza Act 2 Extreme still available?
No. The limited-time Kazeros Raid Act 2 Extreme event ran for four weeks, from after weekly maintenance on August 12, 2026, until before weekly maintenance on September 16, 2026. It had ended by October 8, 2026, so its schedule and rewards are historical rather than an active event offer.
| Extreme difficulty | Item level | Listed event rewards |
|---|---|---|
| Normal | 1720 | 20,000 gold and 150 Coin of Fire and Ice tokens |
| Hard | 1750 | 45,000 gold and 200 Coin of Fire and Ice tokens |
| Nightmare | 1770 | 45,000 gold and 200 Coin of Fire and Ice tokens |
All three difficulties were for eight players, and one weekly roster entry was shared across them. Normal and Hard allowed the individual resurrection system once per character; Nightmare did not. These were event-specific rules and rewards. See the official “The Bitter Cold” release notes and Act 2 Extreme details.
