Is Mad Island suitable for all audiences?

Is the Steam release censored?

In a separate historical Steam Community thread, a developer-attributed comment said the developer had not removed or reported forum topics or guides, and speculated that Steam moderation or user reports could explain removals. That comment concerns forum moderation; it does not establish a present-day policy or answer whether game content is censored.
