Publisher 2K announced a worldwide release date of August 8, 2025. A 2K Store page with Steam selected for a regional listing displays August 7; the publisher’s announcements do not explain the one-day difference. For the general worldwide date, use August 8.

What is Mafia: The Old Country about?
Developed by Hangar 13 and published by 2K, the game is set in 1900s Sicily. It follows Enzo Favara, a young man who survives forced labor in sulfur mines before joining Don Torrisi’s crime family. The official descriptions center the story on his place in the family and the criminal world around him.

What does the Man of Honor expansion add?
2K announced Man of Honor as available on August 14, 2026, for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The expansion adds two story chapters set in winter 1905, with Enzo working alongside Ennio Salieri. It also includes Free Ride challenges and jobs, plus weapons, outfits, vehicles, and horses. Availability and price may depend on platform and region.
The same announcement introduced the Mafia: The Omertà Collection, a bundle containing four Mafia games. Its advertised introductory offer and discount deadline were time-limited and have passed, so they are not current price guidance.
