Who is Enzo Favara?
Enzo is the central character in the game’s early-1900s Sicily story. As a child, he survives indentured labor in sulfur mines; later, he enters Don Torrisi’s crime family. The premise follows his origins in the criminal underworld rather than a continuation of a modern-day storyline.
What kind of game is it?
2K describes Mafia: The Old Country as a linear, focused narrative experience. Its official launch description highlights stealth, knife fights, and gunplay, placing the story alongside action-adventure gameplay rather than presenting it as an open-ended sandbox. Baynes called it “a focused, linear experience that combines quality storytelling, authentic era immersion and a refined take on the familiar Mafia gameplay” in the publisher’s May 2025 update.
