To open Marton Ralst’s safe in the Ministry of Cultural Primacy in Lethe, enter 773 on his office computer, tune the room’s radio to 60 AM to reveal the safe behind the portrait, then enter 203279. The safe contains the Iron Seal – Rising and Journal – Auriga Entrance.
How to reveal Marton Ralst’s safe

Find Marton’s wallet and use its hint to identify 773 as the computer password. It is the year of Brohm Aster’s coronation.

In Marton’s office, use the computer and reception clues to work out that the radio is involved.

Set the radio to 60 AM. The safe appears behind the portrait.
