The Marvel Rivals Season 1: Eternal Night Falls Luxury Battle Pass launched in January 2025. NetEase announced it at 990 Lattice, with 10 costumes and other cosmetics; completing it was set to return 600 Lattice and 600 Units. NetEase also said Luxury Battle Passes never expire, but that statement does not confirm that this particular pass is currently available to buy or resume.
What was in the Marvel Rivals Season 1 Battle Pass?
NetEase Games said the Season 1 Luxury Battle Pass included 10 costumes, along with related items such as sprays and emotes. The publisher described it as having more than double the content of the Season 0 pass; that is NetEase’s comparison, not an independently verified item-count comparison. The January 2025 announcement does not enumerate all 10 costumes.

The January 8, 2025 patch notes separately named two new costumes: Mister Fantastic – The Maker and Invisible Woman – Malice. They are confirmed Season 1 launch costumes, but the notes do not establish that these two were Battle Pass rewards. The same patch notes list the Battle Pass, the Midnight Features seasonal event, and Twitch Drops as separate content. The Twitch Drops rewards included Hela – Will of Galacta, which should not be counted as a pass costume on that basis.

How much did the Season 1 Luxury Battle Pass cost?
NetEase Games announced a price of 990 Lattice. It also said players who completed the pass would receive 600 Lattice and 600 Units. These are stated completion returns in in-game currencies, not a cash refund or a reduction of the purchase price. The announcement does not specify a cash equivalent.
Can you still get the Darkhold pass?
NetEase said Luxury Battle Passes “never expire.” That describes the pass design, but the January 2025 announcement does not verify whether the Season 1 pass can currently be selected, purchased, or resumed. Its present availability as of October 8, 2026 is therefore unconfirmed by the cited official sources. Check the in-game Battle Pass or pass-selection screen for the current options rather than treating “never expire” as proof that Season 1 is currently accessible.

When did Season 1 begin?
Season 1: Eternal Night Falls began on January 10, 2025, at 1 a.m. PST, according to NetEase’s announcement. NetEase described seasons as three months long and split into two halves. Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman were slated for the first half; Human Torch and The Thing were announced for the second half.
The season’s wider setting involved Dracula taking control of New York. NetEase also announced Sanctum Sanctorum, Midtown for the first half, and Central Park for the second half, plus Doom Match: an 8–12-player free-for-all in which the top half of players won by default. These details provide season context; they are separate from the pass’s confirmed costume count and price. The official Season 1 announcement and developer diary cover the season framing and content.

- If playing on a console platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch or Mobile) you need to link your Epic Games account to that gaming platform (one time) to redeem your gift card code
