When did Marvel Rivals Season 2 come out?
Season 2, titled Hellfire Gala, began April 11, 2025. NetEase’s April 4 season announcement named that launch date, and the official Dev Vision page specified “April 11th UTC.” That wording establishes the calendar date, not a precise hour when every player could enter.
What time did the servers open?
The official April 11 patch notes scheduled maintenance to start at 2:00 a.m. PDT on April 11, equivalent to 09:00 UTC. NetEase estimated that maintenance would take two to three hours and cautioned that the server return time could vary. The maintenance start was therefore not a guaranteed playable start time; the notes do not establish one exact global reopening time.
What arrived with the Hellfire Gala season?
NetEase announced Emma Frost for the first half of Season 2 and Ultron for the second half, along with two new maps, events and Team-Ups. Its announcement described the season as three months long. The April 11 patch notes listed the launch additions and changes:
