- Use the in-game reporting feature. NetEase specifically asks players who encounter malicious idling or intentional match throwing to report it in the game.

- Let the review process run. NetEase says reports will be investigated and describes penalties as following reporting and verification. It has not published a review timeline or detailed investigation criteria.

In a March 8, 2026 follow-up, GamesRadar reported that NetEase had deployed a server-wide detection system combining automated data analysis with manual review. The outlet also reported a Victim Compensation Protocol: when a teammate’s confirmed malicious behavior caused a match loss and point deduction, points would be restored automatically and the affected player notified by in-game mail.
