“The biggest leverage I have,” Winderbaum said, “is the actual viewership numbers.” He added that those figures are what decision-makers look for and what gives him the power to make something—or not make it. The interview did not publish a numeric audience total, ratings figure or statistic showing how much the campaign changed Marvel’s decisions, so there is no verified number to attach to the slogan.

Is Daredevil: Born Again ending after season 3?
The current plan described by Winderbaum is for the television story to culminate at three seasons. “The plan was always to make a third season, to culminate it at three,” he said. He compared that design with the original Daredevil series, which also ran for three seasons, describing both runs as collections that can be placed on a shelf like trade paperbacks.
That is a plan for the planned television structure, not a confirmation that Marvel is permanently finished with Matt Murdock. Winderbaum said Marvel could “take a breath and see what’s next for the character” after that point. The wording leaves open a later return, a different format or another appearance, but it does not announce a fourth season or promise a specific follow-up project.
