Masters of the Universe: Battle for Grayskull has launched worldwide on Roblox, according to a report published October 7, 2026. Mattel Game Studios announced the game with development partner Twin Atlas. It is a faction-based action RPG—not a new film announcement—in which players join He-Man’s Heroic Warriors or Skeletor’s Evil Warriors in a fight over Castle Grayskull.
What is Battle for Grayskull?
Mattel’s official movie guide describes Battle for Grayskull as a faction-based RPG and links to the Roblox experience: Mattel’s Masters of the Universe movie guide. The October 7 launch report says the game is available worldwide on Roblox. Its premise connects the game to the broader Masters of the Universe franchise and the latest film, whose theatrical date Mattel lists as June 5, 2026.

Mattel Game Studios vice president Sean Thompson said the aim was to create an experience suited to Roblox while remaining true to the franchise’s characters, world and action. That is the studio’s stated creative goal, not an independent assessment of how the game plays.
