The available eBay snapshots showed two offers, neither at the reported $439.99 checkout price:
- Certified refurbished: $549.99. An eBay product page showed free delivery and 30-day returns. See the eBay product page.
- New: $599.99. The Official Meta Store eBay listing showed free shipping and 30-day returns; the listing said it was updated October 5, 2026. See the Official Meta Store listing.
These are captured listing prices, not guaranteed live prices. The $439.99 figure comes from an October 6, 2026 Total Apex Entertainment deal report, which said the refurbished headset reached that price with COUNTDOWN20. Is it really 30% off?
The evidence does not establish the reference price behind the “30% off” description. Without a confirmed original price and a coupon-eligible live listing, the discount cannot be independently calculated. Check that the coupon is accepted in your cart and compare the final price—not a headline discount—with other offers.

Does it beat Amazon Prime Day?
That claim is unverified. The available information does not establish current Amazon Prime Day prices, so it cannot show that the eBay offer beats every Amazon deal. Compare the live Amazon price for the same 512GB model and the same condition. A refurbished eBay unit is not a like-for-like comparison with a new Amazon headset unless you account for the condition and included protections.
What to check before you buy
- Confirm the model and condition. Make sure the listing is for the Meta Quest 3 with 512GB storage, and note whether it is new or certified refurbished.

- Compare the complete offer. Check shipping, return eligibility, warranty, condition, and any included extras alongside the checkout price. Best Buy’s captured product page advertised Batman: Arkham Shadow and a three-month Meta Horizon+ trial, but whether those offers apply now should be checked on its live page.
