Activision says the account holder is responsible for infractions even if someone else was playing on the account. If you believe your Activision account was compromised, the appeal page directs you to submit a hacked-account recovery request. Activision says appeal decisions are final, and it will not respond to multiple submissions or appeals sent through other channels; repeated appeals are not a substitute for the stated process.
