These October status checks agree, but the research found no dated official Nikilis announcement confirming the no-code status. Treat them as tracker consensus rather than a developer-issued declaration.
How do you redeem codes in Murder Mystery 2?

GamesRadar+ reports that the in-game box did not appear to respond to submissions on its setup and may not appear on PS4 or PS5. That is a publisher-reported observation, not a universal platform finding. Roblox’s general promo-code instructions describe a web redemption flow for platform promo codes; they are not the MM2-specific in-game route.
Why are my MM2 codes not working?
- There may be no active codes. The April and October status reports cited above found none available for their respective dates.
- The code may be expired. Roblox notes that promo codes can expire or remain active only briefly. Old MM2 strings should not be treated as current merely because a page still lists them.
- The in-game entry route may not work on your setup. GamesRadar+ reports an unresponsive box on its tested setup and possible absence on PS4/PS5; the available evidence does not establish that behavior for every player or device.
Which old MM2 codes should be treated as expired?
October guides list strings including COMB4T2, PR1SM, AL3X, C0RL, and PATR1CK as expired or inactive. They are archive examples, not working recommendations; sources associate legacy entries with cosmetic rewards, especially knives. Before calling any string active, look for a current successful redemption or a developer-linked announcement.

The official Roblox Murder Mystery 2 listing points players to Nikilis-linked social channels for updates and free knife-code news. Check those linked channels for announcements, then confirm that a code is both current and redeemable. A search result titled “new” or “all working” is not proof that its list has been verified.
