Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III (2023) Season 5 launched on July 24, 2024, at 9 AM PT across platforms. Season 5 Reloaded followed on August 21, 2024, at 9 AM PT. These are past release dates; the available official information does not establish that Season 5 content is currently active or available.
When did MW3 Season 5 come out?
Activision announced Season 5 on July 17, 2024, for Modern Warfare III, Call of Duty: Warzone, and Warzone Mobile. The season went live Wednesday, July 24, at 9 AM PT across platforms. Call of Duty’s Season 5 announcement gives the launch date and scope.

“MW3” here means Modern Warfare III (2023), not the 2011 game also known as Modern Warfare 3.
What was included in Season 5?
Multiplayer maps
At launch, multiplayer added Bait, a medium-sized Core 6v6 map, and Yard, a small-sized Core 6v6 map. Two stylized map variants were also listed: Celship, based on Shipment, and Toonoxide, based on Rust. Ink House, a Stash House variant, arrived during the season with Reloaded.

Modes
Slam Deathmatch, Arcade, and COD Warrior were among the launch modes. The season’s in-season lineup included Fishfection, Paintball, Defuse or Destroy, and Cyber Attack; the Reloaded patch notes place these additions in the August 21 update.
Weapons and other content
The Battle Pass featured the STG44 assault rifle and Static-HV submachine gun. The Torque 35 compound bow and Spear melee weapon were listed for later in the season and arrived with Reloaded. The Season 5 announcement also named six Aftermarket parts, Battle Pass Operators Valeria and Ivan Alexxeve, and WWE Operators Rhea Ripley, Cody Rhodes, and Rey Mysterio. These are details of the 2024 season, not confirmation that the items remain obtainable.

What changed with Season 5 Reloaded?
Call of Duty announced Reloaded on August 19, 2024. It launched August 21 at 9 AM PT across platforms, bringing Ink House, additional modes, the Torque 35 and Spear, and the final Zombies story mission. The Modern Warfare III Season 5 patch notes document the update and later dated changes, including a September 5 entry.

Can you still get Season 5 content?
The official announcements describe Battle Pass, store, and event content as part of the 2024 season, but do not confirm current availability. Do not assume that buying Modern Warfare III now grants access to retired Season 5 rewards. The Blizzard-hosted Season 5 announcement includes an upgrade-to-game section, but it does not establish present stock, a specific platform edition, or continued access to the season’s limited-time content.
