PiunikaWeb’s November 13, 2023 report described player complaints that an exfil helicopter sometimes did not appear, and that players could fall from the helicopter during flight. Act 2 missions not queuing
The same report said Act 2 missions did not always automatically queue after Act 1. Some players said they were returned to or repeated Act 1 mission content. This was a mission-selection or progression-transition problem, distinct from the exfil helicopter reports.
What did the November 2023 update say about fixes?
In its November 16 update, PiunikaWeb relayed statuses attributed to the official Trello board: “Missions in Act 2 do not automatically queue: Fix released on all platforms” and “Players can fall from the exfil helicopter: Fix scheduled for all platforms.” The report therefore described the Act 2 queue fix as released, while the fall-from-helicopter fix was still scheduled at that point. The Trello wording is reported secondhand here, rather than independently verified from the board.

What did the later official patch notes address?
December 6: Hilltop Exfil helicopter landing
Call of Duty’s Modern Warfare III Season 1 Patch Notes stated on December 6, 2023: “Addressed a rare issue that prevented the Hilltop Exfil helicopter from landing.” This is an official fix for a specifically described landing problem. The notes do not say it was the same issue as players falling from the helicopter in flight, so the two should not be treated as interchangeable.
December 19: More Firepower mission tracking
The December 19 notes said progress for Act 2’s More Firepower mission would track kills for Pack-a-Punch level III. That was an adjustment to mission-objective tracking; it was not an explicit confirmation that Act 2 missions automatically queued after Act 1.

Do these sources establish the bugs’ current status?
No. The November 2023 report and official patch notes dated December 2023 through January 2024 provide historical status and patch context. They do not establish whether the exact November symptoms are present or absent in the live game today. The official patch note about Hilltop Exfil confirms a fix for that named landing issue only; it does not settle the status of the reported fall-through symptom or independently verify the queue-fix status.
