Blizzard announced the limited-time event for October 17–30, 2024; that past event window does not confirm the skins are available now.
Which Overwatch heroes are the My Hero Academia characters?
Blizzard’s official announcement and October 15, 2024 patch notes confirm the complete five-skin roster. The event framed the first three pairings as heroes and the final two as villains.

The announced event ran October 17–30, 2024. Those dates describe the original offer, not a current store listing: the official announcement and patch notes do not establish whether any of these skins can be obtained today.
How do the character pairings compare?
The official sources establish who received each skin and how Blizzard grouped the characters; they do not rank the designs or claim that an Overwatch hero’s abilities directly match an anime character’s powers. As an interpretation of the announced lineup, the three hero-side choices connect familiar heroic figures, while Kiriko and Reaper represent the villain side through Toga and Shigaraki. That is a thematic reading of the crossover, not a statement about gameplay equivalence.

Is My Hero Academia: All’s Justice part of the crossover?
No. MY HERO ACADEMIA: All’s Justice is a separate licensed 3D arena fighting game from Bandai Namco, with a story mode and a roster spanning U.A. students, Pro Heroes, and villains. Its official page lists Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam. It is not the Overwatch 2 collaboration and does not provide a way to obtain the Overwatch skins.
