“Neva” can refer to more than one thing. For a video-game reader, the relevant subject is the adventure game Neva—not NEVA LASH eyelash serum or Neva Clothing. The available review material in this brief does not include game reviews or ratings, so it cannot support a verdict on the game itself.
Which Neva do these reviews cover?
The exact-title result described in the available sources is a Trustpilot profile called “Neva Reviews” associated with neva.com. Its sole visible review concerns an order for eyelash and brow serum. It is not a review of the video game Neva.

The game is a separate subject: its official site describes Alba and her wolf companion on an adventure through a dying world and links to versions for Steam, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and the Mac App Store. A separate clothing retailer also uses the name Neva. Neither the serum review nor the clothing retailer’s customer feedback provides evidence about the game.
What does the Trustpilot result actually say?
At the time represented by the available Trustpilot snapshot, the neva.com profile showed one review and a displayed score of 3.2, with no reviews in the preceding 12 months. The single review, dated July 12, 2023, gave one star. The reviewer alleged that products ordered through Facebook were produced in 2020 and had less than six months until expiry, and that an email to the listed address went unanswered. These are one customer’s claims, not independently verified findings about the serum brand’s typical orders or service. Trustpilot also indicated that the profile had not invited reviews.

Because this profile concerns a serum order and contains only one review, its score is not a useful rating of the video game and should not be treated as representative evidence about the game’s quality.
What can be said about the game from these sources?
The official game-site description identifies Alba and her wolf companion and frames the story as an adventure through a dying world. It also provides purchase links for several platforms. The material available here does not establish critics’ scores, player-review averages, gameplay details, performance, or whether platform versions differ. A reliable game review or verdict would require game-specific review evidence rather than the unrelated Trustpilot profile.

How to avoid confusing search results
- Check that a review names the video game Neva and discusses its characters, story, gameplay, or platform version.
- Do not use the “Neva Reviews” Trustpilot profile as a game-rating source; its visible review is about eyelash and brow serum.
- Keep Neva Clothing reviews separate as well: they concern an unrelated retailer.
