These are Perfect World Games’ published 2026 specifications. Treat the Android processor comparison as the publisher’s stated tier, not as a claim that all phones using similarly named chipsets perform identically.
How much storage to leave free
PC installation
Perfect World Games says to have at least 60 GB free and notes that another 60 GB is temporarily needed during installation. Plan for the temporary installation space as well as the game’s stated free-space requirement; do not assume that 60 GB alone will be enough to complete installation.
Steam’s PC listing gives a different figure: 70 GB available space. That is Steam’s storefront requirement, not a replacement for the publisher’s separate instruction about temporary installation space. Check the listing and current publisher notice before installing, since storage requirements can change. Steam’s Neverness to Everness listing shows its 70 GB figure.
Mobile installation
The publisher lists at least 20 GB free for both Android and iPhone. Check available device storage before downloading and updating.
What performance settings are available?
The cited official materials do not list in-game graphics options, resolution or frame-rate presets, or tested PC and mobile configurations. They also do not provide device-specific benchmarks or measured FPS. Perfect World Games says it was still optimizing performance, stability, and visuals in its April 26, 2026 pre-download notice, and cautions that devices below minimum specifications may stutter or drop frames. That statement is a publisher caveat, not a measured description of every current build.
If you encounter stuttering, use general troubleshooting rather than expecting a proven NTE preset: start with the game’s default settings, reduce demanding graphics options if they are available, and change resolution or frame-rate choices gradually. The official material does not establish that a particular setting will deliver a specific frame rate.

Official troubleshooting for startup, downloads, and crashes
Perfect World Games’ launch FAQ provides the following steps. They are publisher suggestions, not guaranteed fixes for every system.
- Slow PC startup or loading: Install the game on an SSD, as recommended by the publisher.
- Mobile app crashes immediately after download: Reinstall the game and keep it in the foreground while it downloads and updates.
- Frequent PC crashes: If NVIDIA driver 595.79 is installed, update it; uninstall MSI Afterburner or RivaTuner Statistics Server; or close Astrill VPN.

How to check whether your device meets the target
On Windows PC
- Check your Windows edition and confirm it is 64-bit Windows 10 or later.
- Compare your processor, graphics card, and installed RAM with the PC table. Meeting the minimum does not establish a particular frame rate; the recommended tier is the publisher’s higher target.
- Check free drive capacity before installation, including the publisher’s temporary 60 GB requirement, and note whether the install drive is an SSD.
On Android or iPhone
- Identify the phone model and processor; compare them with the platform-specific minimum, not just the OS version.
- Check that the device meets the listed minimum RAM and operating-system version.
- Confirm at least 20 GB is free for the installation.
