Their absence from a Nintendo UK store listing is not evidence that they are discontinued or unavailable everywhere. Older Zelda amiibo, including Wolf Link, appear in Nintendo UK’s franchise listing, but stock and prices can change.
What Nintendo has announced for the new figures
Nintendo’s official Young Zelda amiibo product page identifies the figure as part of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time series and gives its release year as 2027. Nintendo says the exact date will be announced later. There is no confirmed day or month for release.

Nintendo Life’s 8 September 2026 report identifies both new figures: Young Link and Young Zelda. It also gives 2027 as their release window. That supports the year, but does not provide a more precise date.
Young Zelda’s confirmed game feature
Nintendo says tapping the Young Zelda amiibo in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time on Nintendo Switch 2 gives an in-game mask that evokes the original game’s visual style. Nintendo cautions that amiibo compatibility and functionality can vary by game, so this feature should not be assumed to apply to other titles or to the Young Link figure.

Older Zelda amiibo in Nintendo UK’s listing
Nintendo UK’s Zelda franchise store listing includes Wolf Link amiibo. The listing has shown a price of £12.99, but that is a time-sensitive page snapshot, not a guarantee of the current price or stock. Open the specific item page and check its availability and price before ordering.
The listing of older figures is separate from the 2027 announcement. A store page can show merchandise that is available to browse without establishing that every item is currently in stock, and it does not set the release timing for Young Link or Young Zelda.

How to check whether an older figure is actually available
- Open Nintendo UK’s Zelda franchise listing and select the specific amiibo you want.
- Check the item page for its current price and whether it can be added to your basket. Do not rely on an older article or a franchise-listing snapshot for live stock.
- Recheck before completing the purchase if availability matters; store stock and prices may change.
What older restocks do—and do not—tell you
Nintendo Life reported a Nintendo UK restock of several Zelda amiibo in October 2019, including Ocarina of Time Link. That report is useful historical context for past restocks, but it does not verify current availability of that figure or any other amiibo.

Ocarina of Time game listings and retailer guides can also become dated. Nintendo Life’s 22 September 2026 guide records pre-order and retailer information from that date; check the relevant retailer directly for current listings and prices rather than treating the guide as live availability information.
