The dates reflect different time-zone labels, not necessarily different launch days. Midnight UTC on October 21 falls on the evening of October 20 in the United States. Xbox Wire’s October 17 weekly schedule also listed October 20, but did not give an exact unlock time; Steam’s listing used October 20 as well. Those labels should not be taken as proof that every storefront unlocked the game simultaneously. Xbox Wire’s October 17 schedule provides the October 20 listing.

What about The Two Masters DLC?
The Two Masters DLC was announced for March 4, 2026. At the time of its announcement, it was included with the Deluxe Edition or Deluxe Upgrade and offered separately for $14.99 USD. That was the announced price, not a guarantee of today’s price or availability. Xbox Wire’s DLC announcement has the dated details.
