Nintendo’s June 18, 2024 Direct outlined a broad Nintendo Switch lineup for 2024 and beyond. Its holiday slate included The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom in September, Super Mario Party Jamboree in October, and Mario & Luigi: Brothership in November, alongside partner games. Nintendo also showed Metroid Prime 4: Beyond for 2025.
Nintendo’s first-party Switch games announced for 2024
Nintendo described the presentation as a look at Switch games coming in 2024 and beyond. These were the release dates and details announced at the time; they are not a statement of current release status.

The first three dates place those games in the 2024 fall and holiday lineup. Donkey Kong Country Returns HD was announced for the following January, rather than the holiday season itself.

The report gave a specific November date for DRAGON QUEST III HD-2D Remake, but described LEGO HORIZON ADVENTURES only by the broader holiday window and MARVEL vs. CAPCOM Fighting Collection by year.

Metroid Prime 4: Beyond was announced for 2025
Nintendo showed a first glimpse of gameplay for Metroid Prime 4: Beyond and announced it for Nintendo Switch in 2025. The Direct established a year, not a specific release date.

Nintendo’s official report said the presentation featured a “broad variety” of Switch games for 2024 and beyond, including the first look at Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, the reveal of The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, and new information about games from Nintendo’s development and publishing partners. The lineup therefore ranged from Nintendo franchises to partner releases, with dates extending from fall 2024 into 2025.
