Nintendo’s 2025 Year in Review is available online. Announced on January 13, 2026, the personalized recap covers games played on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 systems during 2025, and includes a look at how you played, a chance to choose a favorite game, and a longer play history.
What the Nintendo Switch 2025 Year in Review shows
Nintendo describes the recap as a way to explore games played on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 systems in 2025, with “a closer look at how you played.” The page also lets players choose a favorite game of the year and view a broader play history reaching back to when they began playing.
Nintendo has not said that the recap separates results by console, so its inclusion of both systems should not be taken to mean that users can compare Switch and Switch 2 play independently. The announcement also gives no platform-wide totals for hours, games, or players; any figures shown are part of an individual player’s recap.
