Danos handles Sacrament’s building projects, but the exact material costs depend on the game version. A guide last updated in May 2024 lists mostly Pine Wood and Copper Ore, with Spruce Wood, Iron Ore and Clay for the Rookery Elevator. Those are historical figures—not confirmed costs for the current game. Check each project in Danos’s menu before farming, especially if you are playing the Together update.
How to unlock Danos’s building projects
- Complete the main quest Sacrament.
- Rest in the bed at the bottom of the Rookery.
- Speak to Danos outside the room, then speak with him again in the courtyard between the Rookery and the War Room.
- Choose Building Projects when speaking with Danos to view the project list and contribute materials. The guide says contributions can be made in portions rather than all at once.

Why you should verify costs in your game
A player post on the official No Rest for the Wicked forum, dated 29 January 2026, reports that the Together update doubled resource requirements, removed construction timers and changed projects to require refined resources. That is a player report, not an official patch note or a verified project-by-project cost table, so it does not establish exact current quantities or input names.
A recent search excerpt for Mneurix Quest’s building and crafting roadmap also cautions that its displayed figures were copied from pre-Together wiki tables. Taken together, these sources are reason to treat older numbers cautiously—not a basis for calculating new totals by doubling them. Open Danos’s project menu in your current build and use the materials and quantities shown there.

How to gather the materials in the older guide
The 2024 guide describes gathering as tool-based. The map can shift, so it does not identify a guaranteed fixed location for a particular resource.
- Ore: Use a Pickaxe on ore deposits.
- Wood: Use a Woodcutter’s Axe on trees. The guide says Pine Wood is found predominantly in the first two areas, while Spruce Wood is a higher-tier resource from higher-level areas.
- Clay: Use a Shovel at digging spots.
- Tools: The guide says tools can be found in chests, bought from Sacrament traders or earned as quest rewards. They have durability, so account for wear while gathering.
- Iron Ore: The guide places it among materials found in higher-level areas; it does not promise a fixed deposit location.
These are the guide’s general methods and progression pointers, not a guarantee of exact resource spawns or current-version availability.
