  3. Lemon and lemon
  4. It’s all gone wrong

The puzzle contains 16 words to sort into four groups of four. If you want a stronger nudge without seeing every word, the categories are about remarks or reactions after an insult, small amounts, citrus garnishes, and ways to bungle something.

Confirming the puzzle date and number

This archive answer is for Monday, February 3, 2025, game #603—not a live “today” puzzle. TechRadar’s guide was published the previous calendar day, while Try Hard Guides dates its answer page to February 3; a third-party archive also pairs game #603 with that date. TechRadar, Try Hard Guides, and the Connections++! archive list the puzzle details.

TechRadar describes the game as playable free through the NYT Games site on desktop or mobile; that is the outlet’s description, not a statement here about current access terms.
