How to approach the trickiest connections
Separate literal categories first
The cutting and golf groups are relatively concrete: four words describe chopping methods, while four are unmistakably golf equipment. Removing those eight entries leaves the lodging verbs and the “Memory” compounds.
Watch for words that can change grammatical roles
