Where to play or find older puzzles
The NYT Help Center lists the Games app, nytimes.com/games/connections, nytimes.com/theathletic, and the News app as ways to play. It says Connections puzzles have one solution, with word choices that can seem to fit more than one category; categories are curated by editors using the Oxford Dictionary. The archive goes back to June 12, 2023, and is available to All Access and Games subscribers.
TechRadar’s writer rated this puzzle “Moderate” and reported one mistake, initially putting SAVE in the advance-booking group instead of ORDER. That is one solver’s experience, not an official difficulty rating or a measure of how players performed overall. TechRadar’s June 9 puzzle guide, Try Hard Guides’ answer page, and Parade’s hint and answer guide also cover #729.
