Can you replay this puzzle in the NYT archive?
The New York Times Help Center says its Connections archive lets All Access and Games subscribers play puzzles dating back to June 12, 2023. An NYT account is required for archived play and progress history, so archive access is not established as free for every visitor. Completed archived puzzles cannot be replayed.
Archived play affects some completion and win statistics, but not current or maximum streaks. The Statistics page reports key statistics for puzzles played from June 15, 2024 onward. The Help Center also says a puzzle must be solved before midnight local time to count toward the current streak, and a broken Connections streak cannot be reset. How Connections works
In the May 28, 2024 guide, Connections is described as a 16-word grid where players sort the words into four groups of four based on a shared link. Players select four words and submit a group; an incorrect guess costs a life, and four mistakes end the game. The words can be shuffled. Interface details may change over time.
