How Connections: Sports Edition works
Parade describes Connections: Sports Edition as a daily game in which players sort 16 words into four groups of four, each linked by a shared sports-related thread. Parade relays the NYT site’s instruction as: “group sports terms that share a common thread.” The game is a partnership between The New York Times and The Athletic, according to Parade.
