How the Strands clues work
Strands is a word-search-style puzzle: trace theme answers through adjacent letters in the grid without reusing a letter. The spangram describes the theme and touches two opposite sides of the grid.
According to the third-party fan site Try Hard Guides, finding three valid non-theme words of at least four letters earns a hint that reveals the letters of a theme word. For this puzzle, Tom’s Guide lists MORSE, LASTS, RUMORS, SALTS, PEST, TALL, and TOAST as words that can earn clue tokens; these are helper words, not answers.

Try Hard Guides, Tom’s Guide as republished by inkl, and Fortnite Insider agree on the puzzle number, date, theme, spangram, and six theme answers. The spangram is sometimes printed with a space as “BALLROOM DANCE,” but the answer is the same.
