Spoiler: The answer to New York Times Wordle #1322, dated Friday, January 31, 2025, is TOAST. This is an archived solution for that date, not today’s current puzzle.
How to solve Wordle #1322
If you want to work through the clues before seeing the answer, the archived puzzle page gives a few useful constraints: the word starts with T, contains O and A, and follows a CVVCC pattern—consonant, vowel, vowel, consonant, consonant. It also notes that one letter repeats.
Use the letter pattern
TOAST fits the pattern: T is the first consonant, O and A are the two vowels, and S and T complete the word. The T repeats, appearing at both the beginning and end. These clues narrow the options, but the archive identifies TOAST as the answer rather than presenting a complete path of guesses. See the date-specific Wordle archive entry.
