In its FY2027 first-quarter filing, the company says it gives customers “choice and flexibility” in when and how they deploy Oracle applications and infrastructure technologies. The filing identifies customers ranging from businesses of various sizes to government agencies, educational institutions, and resellers.

Cloud infrastructure and applications
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) provides cloud infrastructure. Oracle also lists applications for business functions including enterprise resource planning (ERP), human capital management, supply chain, sales, and service.
Databases and other software
Oracle Database is one part of a wider software portfolio. Oracle also lists Java and enterprise application suites and products including E-Business Suite, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, and Siebel. The specific deployment and commercial terms depend on the individual product and arrangement; the company’s broad portfolio should not be read as one uniform subscription or licensing model.
Hardware and engineered systems
Oracle sells hardware and engineered systems, including Exadata. These offerings sit alongside its software and cloud services rather than defining the company on their own.
Services
Oracle lists consulting, Premier Support, Oracle University, financing, and customer success services. These offerings can support customers using its technology, but their availability and terms depend on the service and customer arrangement.

How does Oracle organize its business?
Oracle’s FY2026 Form 10-K groups its business into three segments:
- Cloud and software: cloud services and software offerings.
- Hardware: hardware products and related offerings.
- Services: services associated with Oracle’s business and customers.
The filing also describes customer relationships that may involve software or hardware support and renewed cloud contracts. Those different arrangements mean it would be inaccurate to assume every Oracle product is sold in the same way.
How large is Oracle?
Oracle reported US$57 billion in revenue and 141,000 employees for FY2025. These figures are tied to that fiscal year; they should not be treated as current-year figures without a newer filing.
