For a reliable starting point, build Juno around Pulsar Torpedoes: take Pulsar Plus, then choose Torpedo Glide and either Blink Boosts for survival or Cosmic Coolant for a cooldown-focused route. Pair the build with Ability Power items, but check the live Hero Builder and Armory each match: the best follow-up choices depend on the current patch and the opponents you face.
Best Juno Stadium build at a glance
| Choice | Recommendation | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Core Power | Pulsar Plus | It strengthens the Pulsar Torpedo-centered plan and is the core shared by Blizzard’s historical analysis and Mobalytics’ March 2026 guide. |
| Follow-up Power | Torpedo Glide | Supports more frequent Torpedo use and fits both dated recommendations. |
| Survival or cooldown choice | Blink Boosts for mobility and survival; Cosmic Coolant for the historical cooldown route | The better choice depends on how much pressure you face and which version of the build you are following. |
| Item direction | Ability Power | Mobalytics’ March 25, 2026 guide recommends Ability Power investment for its Torpedo build; confirm live item values and availability in the Armory. |
This is a practical starting build, not a proven October 2026 statistical leader. The available evidence does not establish current Juno pick rates, win rates, or a current best-in-slot list.
Why build around Pulsar Torpedoes?
Pulsar Plus is the most consistently supported foundation in the available build guidance. Blizzard’s historical Stadium analysis identified it as Juno’s most successful Power by win rate and noted its added Torpedo charge. Mobalytics’ guide, updated March 25, 2026, also uses Pulsar Plus as the base of its recommended build. [Blizzard’s Stadium analysis] [Mobalytics Juno build]
The aim is to create more opportunities for Torpedoes to pressure enemies and contribute healing. That does not replace Juno’s support role: keep using primary fire to heal teammates and use her mobility to stay in useful positions. An Ability Power-heavy purchase path should not become an excuse to stop supporting the team.

Choose the follow-up Powers for your match
Blink Boosts: prioritize survival
Mobalytics’ March 25, 2026 recommendation pairs Blink Boosts with Pulsar Plus and Torpedo Glide. It frames Blink Boosts as a survival option. Favor this route when opponents are punishing Juno while she lines up or uses abilities, or when staying alive is more valuable than maximizing cooldown-driven Torpedo uptime. This is a dated guide recommendation, not a guarantee that the Power is best in every patch.
Cosmic Coolant: follow the historical cooldown route
Blizzard’s earlier analysis found Pulsar Plus, Cosmic Coolant, and Torpedo Glide to be its leading Juno variant among the three builds it compared. Blizzard attributed the result to Torpedo cooldown reduction enabled by Cosmic Coolant. That finding reflects historical balance and a limited comparison; it does not establish the strongest current combination. [Blizzard’s Stadium analysis]

Mobalytics’ later guide says Cosmic Coolant no longer feels as worthwhile in its recommended build and instead chooses Blink Boosts. Treat this as the guide author’s view as of March 25, 2026, rather than a universal rule.
Medicinal Missiles: a support-oriented alternative
Medicinal Missiles appeared in Blizzard’s historical support-focused variant. A launch-era Windows Central guide describes it as adding healing and a temporary healing-received benefit for allies it hits. The guide dates to April 24, 2025, so check the current in-game description before relying on those details. [Blizzard Juno reference] [Windows Central Juno guide]

Items: invest in Ability Power, then adapt
Mobalytics’ March 25, 2026 guide recommends an Ability Power path. It suggests starting with Power Playbook, Shady Spectacles, and Compensator, then adding Ability Power items as cash allows. It advises delaying Pulsar Destroyers until the build has accumulated around 30–40% Ability Power. These are that guide’s recommendations, not a guaranteed current shopping order; check names, prices, values, and availability in the live Armory before buying.
Older item examples can help explain the trade-offs, but should not be mistaken for a current item list. Windows Central’s April 24, 2025 guide associated Nano Cola with Ability Power; Boosted Rockets and Divine Intervention with survivability; Lock-On Shield with protection while aiming Torpedoes; Pulsar Destroyers with Ability Power and nearby splash damage; and Solar Shielding with team support. Verify the live descriptions and balance before using these examples to plan a build. [Windows Central Juno guide]

How to adapt between rounds
Stadium is designed for in-match build choices, including responding to opponents rather than following a fixed shopping list. Blizzard’s 2026 announcement describes Competitive Stadium Power rounds on rounds 1, 2, 4, and 6. It says the Hero Builder offers three popular starting builds in round one, followed by recommendations to continue a build or counter opponents in later rounds. Check the live client, since mode details can change. [Blizzard Stadium announcement] [Blizzard Stadium strategy]
- Start from a Torpedo-focused recommendation, then inspect which opponents are threatening Juno.
- Choose mobility or defensive value when you are being punished; favor cooldown or damage investment when you can stay active safely.
- Check enemy builds between rounds and use the Hero Builder’s later recommendations to continue your plan or counter theirs.
- Keep your team’s healing needs in view when choosing between a damage-oriented item and support-oriented value.
What Blizzard’s historical Juno numbers do—and do not—show
Blizzard reported a 55% win rate for Pulsar Plus, Cosmic Coolant, and Torpedo Glide in its 2025-era comparison of three Juno variants. The Pulsar Plus, Cosmic Coolant, and Medicinal Missiles variant was reported at 52%; the hybrid variant using Pulsar Plus and Cosmic Coolant with weapon Powers such as Stinger and MediMaster was 48%. Blizzard also reported a 78.1% pick rate for Juno’s Pulsar Plus after its May 5 data pull. These are historical figures from Blizzard’s analysis, not October 2026 performance measurements or predictions for an individual match. [Blizzard’s Stadium analysis]

The historical comparison makes a weapon-Power hybrid a reasonable alternative to consider, but it rated below the two Torpedo-focused variants Blizzard compared at that time. It does not establish that hybrid builds are always weaker, or compare every possible build, player, patch, or opponent lineup.
