Who is the patchwork Villager from Pumpkin Town?
It is Sally, the stitched ragdoll from The Nightmare Before Christmas. A recent Destructoid guide published October 5, 2026 identifies her as the match for this clue.
How to unlock Sally
The Dreamlight Valley Wiki’s Sally guide says Jack Skellington must already be unlocked and that you must complete “Odds & Ends…” and “Healing House” before Sally’s recruitment quest becomes available. These are character-specific requirements reported by the community wiki, not details stated in the official beginner guide.
Follow the quest “Something Comes A’Knocking” to progress her recruitment. According to the same wiki page, Sally and Jack share a house that becomes available during that quest. The wiki’s stated prerequisites may help you identify what to complete if Sally’s quest has not appeared.

Where to find Sally
After recruiting Sally, check the in-game map or character tracker to locate her. The available guide information says she shares a house with Jack, but does not establish a fixed roaming schedule or a guaranteed biome for finding her outdoors.

The wiki associates the Patchwork Elegance Gown and Web Lace Gloves with completion of the level-10 “Preposterous Premonitions” quest. Its reward information does not establish a complete, reliable level-by-level reward list, so check the in-game Collection or quest screens for other rewards.
In general, Villager friendship progression unlocks character quests and awards, as explained in the official Disney Dreamlight Valley Beginner’s Guide. Official Pixel Perfect Update patch notes dated July 27, 2026 also refer to Sally in the context of the Villager roster, but do not provide her specific recruitment chain or full reward table.

Using Sally for a Star Path duty
The Haunting Elegance Star Path guide published by Cozy Corner Gaming on September 26, 2026 maps both “give a patchwork Villager from Pumpkin Town her favorite gift” and “hang out with the patchwork Villager from Pumpkin Town” to Sally. The guide reports a reward of 20 event tokens for each duty and says the hangout task requires 30 minutes. Star Path duties, token rewards, and availability are event-specific and may change; these tasks are not part of Sally’s permanent recruitment requirements.
For the gift duty, check Sally’s displayed favorite gifts in-game and give her one of the gifts shown there. Do not rely on a fixed gift list: the requested favorites can vary.
