To complete Elizabeth’s Request #62, fuse a Titania that knows Matarukaja and show it to her. Guides report two direct combinations: Black Frost + Throne and Black Frost + Dominion. Check the fusion skill preview before confirming, because the result can vary with your setup and DLC.
What the request asks you to do
Request #62, “Fusion Series #4: Lovers, Titania,” requires a Titania with Matarukaja. Once you have one, show her to Elizabeth to finish the request. Siliconera and Dot Esports describe the request and its objective.

Direct fusion recipes to try
Guides identify Black Frost as a useful source for the skill, but they do not all give the same second ingredient. Treat these as reported options, not guaranteed outcomes:
- Black Frost + Throne: listed by Siliconera.
- Black Frost + Dominion: listed by Dot Esports and Prima Games.
In the Velvet Room, select the pair and inspect the skill preview. Confirm that Matarukaja will carry over to Titania before spending the Personas. If the preview does not show the skill, cancel and try the other reported pairing or use one of the alternatives below.

How to get the required Personas
Make Black Frost
Black Frost is obtained through Special Fusion using Jack Frost, Jack-o’-Lantern, and King Frost, according to Siliconera. Prima Games also describes the Special Fusion and says Black Frost is available from level 37.
Use Throne or Dominion
Check your stock and Compendium for either Throne or Dominion before building a new one. The guides differ on which is paired with Black Frost, so use whichever option produces Titania with Matarukaja in your own fusion preview.

Other ways to give Titania Matarukaja
Use a Matarukaja Skill Card
Dot Esports says a Skill Card can teach Matarukaja directly to Titania. Prima Games notes that Skill Cards can appear through Shuffle Time or as Tartarus rewards. This avoids needing the skill to pass through a fusion chain.
Build the skill through Orthrus
Prima Games describes a longer route: fuse Legion and Shiisaa into Orthrus, level Orthrus until it learns Matarukaja, then pass the skill to Ganga and fuse Ganga with Thoth into Titania. This involves extra fusions and leveling, so it is most useful when those ingredients fit your available stock.

Try other reported combinations
PowerPyx lists Mishaguji with Tarukaja and Parvati as another route to Titania with Matarukaja. A GameFAQs walkthrough reports Shiki-Ouji + Mothman, while noting that players with DLC may need Kurama Tengu instead of Mothman.
Why a recipe may not work in your game
Fusion outcomes can differ depending on the available Persona pool and DLC configuration. The guides’ differing ingredient pairs are a reason to rely on the in-game preview rather than assume a recipe is universal. If a combination does not produce the required Titania or does not pass Matarukaja, try the other listed pair, account for DLC-owned Personas, or use a Skill Card.

Request availability, level, and reward
Prima Games reports that Request #62 becomes available on September 10 in the in-game calendar and that Titania requires the protagonist to be level 49 to fuse. For the reward, Prima calls it “Male Uniform (Summer),” while Siliconera calls it “Male Uniforms (S).” Check the label in your request interface for the exact in-game wording.
