How to start Yumi’s Sun Social Link
- On April 25, choose the Drama Club. This begins the Sun route with Yumi Ozawa.
- Before meeting with Yumi, carry a Sun Arcana Persona. The dialogue point values listed here assume one is in your current stock; without one, gains may be lower.
The club choice is exclusive: choosing the Music Club leads to Ayane Matsunaga’s Sun route instead. The characters have different scenes and dialogue, so choose Drama if you want Yumi’s story. Atlus describes Social Links as relationships developed by how you spend in-game days: Persona 4 Golden official website.
When Yumi is available
RPG Site and a Steam Community guide both list Monday, Tuesday, and Friday as Yumi’s meeting days. Their accounts disagree about rain: RPG Site says the link does not advance on rainy days, while the Steam guide says it can. Check the in-game prompt and weather rather than relying on either rain rule as definitive.

- For the final prompt, either “I can’t forget?” or “Okay.” is listed for +3.
Rank 4 to 5
- Choose “Just passing by.” (+3).
Rank 5 to 6
- Choose “How is your mother?” (+2).
- The next listed response accepts any answer.
Rank 6 to 7
- Choose “He’s a kind father.” (+3).
Rank 7 to 8
- Choose “Gently encourage her.” (+3) or “Cry together.” (+3).
Rank 8 to 9
- Any answer is accepted for the first two prompts.
- For the final listed prompt, “Think about it slowly,” “You’re always cheerful,” and “The things that can be done” are each listed for +3.
Rank 9 to 10
- Choose “Hug her” to start the lovers route.
- Choose “Leave” to preserve the friendship route.
