PlaysOut was reported to be preparing an integration that would bring its mini-game library to Telegram through TON Play, using PlaysOut’s SDK and game catalogue. The report set a December 2024 beta and a first-quarter 2025 full launch, but it does not confirm that either milestone happened. Present availability and the number of games delivered remain unconfirmed by the cited report.
What is PlaysOut?
GamesBeat described PlaysOut as a mini-game platform and developer stack intended to help studios distribute casual games across digital platforms. Its August 16, 2024 report, updated June 18, 2025, associated the company with Tencent and framed its broader goal as helping successful Web2 games adopt Web3 features. Those descriptions are GamesBeat’s account of the company and its plans, not an independent technical audit.
The report described PlaysOut’s technology as a mini-game container and development stack that included JavaScript frameworks and virtual machines, sandboxing, resource management, support for mainstream game engines, native implementations and OpenGL. It also listed multi-terminal SDK integration, IDE tools, cloud operations management and advertising tools. Optional Web3 functions were described as including wallet login, payments, contract deployment, staking, NFT support, voting and decentralized governance.
How was PlaysOut supposed to bring games to Telegram?
The announced approach was to integrate PlaysOut’s mini-game SDK and library into TON Play, the gaming environment within Telegram. That would give Telegram users a route to casual games, including games from developers already publishing through WeChat mini-games. The report described a planned distribution model; it does not establish how many games, if any, were ultimately added.

The partners were assigned different roles in the plan:
- PlaysOut: develop and maintain its SDK and application.
- TON Play: provide the Telegram gaming environment and technical support.
- STON.fi: provide decentralized-exchange services for digital-asset transactions.
These roles were part of the reported integration plan and should not be read as confirmation that the associated features or services are live today. TON Play product evangelist Daria Novikova said, “We are thrilled to join forces with PlaysOut to elevate the gaming experience within the TON ecosystem.” PlaysOut founder Jassem Osseiran said the collaboration would address developer and studio pain points and simplify the process for users. Both were statements about intended benefits, not evidence of measured user outcomes.

Did the PlaysOut and TON Play integration launch?
The GamesBeat report said a beta was planned for December 2024, followed by a full launch in the first quarter of 2025. Those target dates have passed, but the report does not say whether either milestone occurred. It does not confirm that PlaysOut games are currently available in Telegram, that the integration shipped, or that thousands of games were delivered.
Accordingly, the accurate description based on that report is a planned partnership and integration, not a confirmed live catalogue. A current availability claim or delivered game count requires confirmation beyond the report.
