Sony published the announcement on April 1, 2026. The claim period ran from Tuesday, April 7, through Monday, May 4, 2026. The window has passed. Sony also advised checking the PlayStation Store on release day because Monthly Games lineups may differ by region. Sony’s April 1 announcement is the primary source for the dates and regional qualification.

Were the April 2026 PS Plus games leaked or just predicted?
The confirmed lineup is not a prediction: Sony announced all three titles on April 1. The available evidence does not establish a verified pre-announcement leak of these Monthly Games. An April 1 community prediction tournament is speculation, not confirmation. Reports later in April about additions to the Extra and Premium Game Catalog concern a different part of PlayStation Plus and should not be presented as leaks of the April Monthly Games.
Predictions, rumors, leaks, and official announcements are different kinds of claims.
