Pokémon Center Invite Only gives selected newsletter subscribers a chance to buy certain items through a private, single-use link. It does not guarantee an invitation or reserve inventory. As of Pokémon Center Support’s FAQ updated October 6, 2026, customers in the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom may be selected; the selection criteria are not public.
Who can get a Pokémon Center Invite Only invitation?
Pokémon Center says newsletter subscribers who meet its criteria may be selected. The company does not disclose those criteria, and subscribing—or meeting them—does not guarantee an invitation. There is no published basis for assuming that purchase history, account age, or any particular engagement affects selection.
The FAQ currently names the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom as eligible regions. These locations reflect the policy stated on October 6, 2026 and may change. You do not need an existing Pokémon Center account to receive an invitation, but you will need to log in or register with the invited email address before checkout. Using multiple subscriptions or email addresses does not improve your chances. Pokémon Center says this may instead lead to an invitation being voided.

If selected, you receive an email from Pokémon Center with a unique invitation link. The link is tied to you, is not transferable, and is intended for one use. Pokémon Center may disable it if it suspects misuse or a policy violation.
Check the invitation email for the included items and the link’s expiration date. Pokémon Center does not publish in advance which items will be offered, and Support does not share the selection. Any item may be included, including a preorder; do not assume a particular product is part of Invite Only unless your invitation or a current official product page confirms it.

How to order with an Invite Only link
- Open the invitation on one device and in one browser. Pokémon Center recommends keeping the whole process in the same browser and device. Opening the link across multiple browsers or devices may affect your ability to complete an order.
- Sign in or create an account with the invited email address. If you are not signed in, follow the prompt to log in or register using the same email address that received the invitation. You can create an account after receiving the email if you do not already have one.
- Choose an available invited item and check out. The invitation link is single-use. Complete the order before the email’s expiration date, while the item remains in stock.
If you need more time after opening the link, Pokémon Center’s FAQ says you may close the browser and reopen the invitation link, provided it has not expired. Keep using the same device and browser.
Does an invitation guarantee the item?
No. An invitation is an opportunity to shop, not a reservation. Items are limited and available only while supplies last and until the expiration date in your email. The item may sell out before you order, so use the invitation sooner rather than later if you want it.

What if the invited item is a preorder?
Pokémon Center’s separate preorder rules apply to preorder items. The Pokémon Center Preorder FAQ, updated August 13, 2026, says a valid credit or debit card is required. Pokémon Center places an initial authorization when you order, may authorize the card again before shipment, and charges it when the item ships. Gift cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal are not accepted for preorders under that FAQ.
A preorder can be canceled only before processing. Place separate orders for preorder items with different release dates, and do not combine a preorder with a non-preorder item.

Invite Only, the virtual queue, and SMS alerts are different
These features serve different purposes; neither the queue nor SMS enrollment is a route to an Invite Only invitation.
