The official December Community Day announcement named Karrablast, Shelmet, Vanillite, Sprigatito, Fuecoco, Pawmi, Solosis, regional Flabébé, Pikipek, Jangmo-o, Rookidee, and Quaxly among the featured Pokémon, divided between the two days. Flabébé availability depended on region for some flower colors. White Flower and Orange Flower Flabébé could appear across regions during Sunday’s event hours if a player was lucky.
Bonuses and their hours
Most bonuses applied only during the 2–5 p.m. event windows. They included double catch XP, double catch Stardust, double catch Candy, half hatch distance for eggs placed in incubators during the event period, and— for Trainers level 31 and up—double the chance to receive Candy XL from catches. Incense other than Daily Adventure Incense lasted three hours, and Lure Modules lasted one hour.

Two trade bonuses had a longer window: one additional Special Trade, allowing up to three per day, and a 50% reduction in Stardust required for trades. These ran from December 6 at 9 a.m. until December 7 at 9 p.m. local time.
Research, evolutions, and optional offers
The event also offered Field Research, themed catch Collection Challenges, and Community Ambassador activations. Eligible evolutions could learn featured attacks between December 6 at 9 a.m. and December 7 at 9 p.m. local time; the announcement also covered special attacks for Eevee caught or hatched during the event and its evolutions. Because the eligible species and moves varied, use the original announcement’s complete evolution and attack list rather than assuming a move applies to every Pokémon.

The Community Day announcement directed players to its event map and Campfire to find local players. Popular parks shown there were informational: Niantic said it did not host or operate events at those locations. For schedule changes, the Pokémon GO team directed players to its social channels, push notifications, and email updates. Local time applies to the event windows above; announced dates and details could change.
