Ultra Unlock: Hisui Celebration has ended. It ran July 8–13, 2025, and introduced Hisuian Zorua and Hisuian Zoroark to Pokémon GO. During the event, catching Pokémon earned 4× XP and 4× Stardust; the event also featured wild encounters, raids, Field Research, and a Collection Challenge.
When was Ultra Unlock: Hisui Celebration?
The event ran from Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. through Sunday, July 13, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time. It is a past event, not an active opportunity to claim its bonuses or encounters.

What were the event bonuses?
- 4× XP for catching Pokémon.
- 4× Stardust for catching Pokémon.
- An increased chance of encountering shiny Hisuian Voltorb and shiny Hisuian Qwilfish.
- An increased chance of encountering shiny Unown U in raids.
The announcement did not publish numerical shiny odds, so these bonuses do not establish a percentage chance or a measured rate.

How did Hisuian Zorua and Hisuian Zoroark debut?
Hisuian Zorua and Hisuian Zoroark made their Pokémon GO debuts during the event. The announced evolution requirement was 50 Zorua Candy to evolve Hisuian Zorua into Hisuian Zoroark.
Which Pokémon appeared in the wild?
The announced wild encounter pool included:
- Zubat
- Hisuian Voltorb
- Magikarp
- Hisuian Qwilfish
- Starly
- Croagunk
- Petilil
- Hisuian Zorua
- Rufflet
- Bergmite
Trainers might also encounter Sneasel, Larvitar, and Bagon. The announcement indicated that shiny forms could be encountered where available; it did not give a numerical shiny rate.
